Software Quality Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standard of quality.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
· Perform manual and automated testing of web-based applications.
· Identify, document, and track software defects.
· Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and retest fixes.
· Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
· Ensure software meets quality standards and user requirements.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in SaaS.
· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
· Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
· Familiarity with agile development processes.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
