Regional Sales Manager is a critical role for our revenue team. The right candidate would be pivotal in cultivating key customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Their expertise not only influences the success of the sales team but also impacts the broader business growth and market positioning. Key focus would be enterprise.
1. Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly MRR targets.
2. Growing the company’s customer base, new accounts & geographical expansion
3. Work with executive team to focus on enterprise level accounts,
4. Build and execute customer acquisition strategy to generate QoQ growth in revenue and bookings
5. Carry a strategic account quota, to manage & execute key account wins
1. Previous experience as a National Sales Manager, Sr Sales Manager in the Asian market.
2. Previous experience of owning a sales target & achieving/exceeding annual targets
3. Experience prospecting & generating your own pipeline
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
5. Proven ability to position products against competitors
