DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience on AWS and a good understanding of CI/CD Github Actions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools needed to support our software development team.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure on AWS for our applications, including services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Load Balancer, VPC, and EC2.
- Work with the development team to design, implement, and maintain a continuous integration and deployment pipeline using Github Actions.
- Implement and manage the monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for our cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement best practices for infrastructure automation, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues and outages.
- Implement and maintain security and compliance policies for our cloud infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DevOps tools, technologies, and practices.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS and infrastructure automation tools such as CloudFormation, ansible or Terraform. They will also possess experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Github Actions.
- A good understanding of security and compliance requirements for cloud infrastructure is also necessary for this role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are essential.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Have strong experience in Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, Docker and AWS
- Excellent troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps
